THE “ TALK WITH NATIVE TEACHERS” SHOW
English is a global language. Being able to speak English is not just about being able to communicate with about 2 billion people who use it as their first or second language. In addition to opening up employment opportunities, being able to speak English helps to make a real connection with people and to know more about diverse cultures, places and lifestyles.
The “ Talk with native teachers” show organized this morning was a useful and practical activity providing students with chances to speak English. For many students, this was the first time ever that they had a chance to speak to a native speaker, and it is possible to imagine how exciting the talk was.
There were several interesting activities such as songs, quizzes and games with nice prizes for the winners.

The talk ended with excitement. It positively affected the students’ listening and speaking level. This extracurricular activity helps students to become more confident by allowing them opportunities to find out how fun it is to talk to native teachers, and it will always be a beautiful and memorable moment for teachers and students of Le Thanh Tong High School.
